Every life traces a health trajectory — the curve of health across time. Trajectory Engineering is the discipline of observing, modeling, and intervening on the development of health and disease over time. Its purpose is to bend the curve of disease at its root.
Three interacting domains. Population scale. Individual resolution.
The unit of analysis is three interacting domains — cultural, environmental, and biological — where culture is broad: where you come from, and the social and structural determinants that travel with you. Of the three, culture and environment carry most of the weight; biology, relatively, the least. The scale is populations. The resolution is the individual: intervention is selected for a person, not an average.

Biological
