The H4 Alliance Sovereign Health Trust exists to build a new, privately funded, and self-sustaining system of health for all Americans—connected to a comprehensive ecosystem of health globally. Centered on each individual’s personal culture, the Trust advances equity in access, measurable effectiveness in execution, and a foundation of financial health that supports every person’s physical, mental, and economic security.

Our goal is to fund comprehensive physical, mental, and financial health for every American through a $1 trillion national endowment. Acting as the financial and moral anchor of the Health 4.0 Alliance, the Trust will steward the nation’s Right to Health under constitutional authority—governing the health economy much like the Federal Reserve governs monetary stability.
